adopt green technology in our architecture projects
We need to avoid the mistake of making large scrapyards and wastelands as already done by developed countries, which have exploited non-renewable energy resources like never before.

It’s high time that we adopt green technology in our architecture projects more and more. Large residential and commercial campuses can become a hundred percent self-sustainable by adopting waste management and energy reduction measures. Our abundant natural resources are depleting fast but we can harness sufficient amount of solar power, and undertake rainwater conservation and recycling.

Today, the initial cost difference between constructing a green project and a traditional one is very small, but the savings in terms of life cycle cost are enormous. Green projects can never be calculated in monetary terms considering their intangible benefits in terms of improved indoor and outdoor environment, healthier living etc. Moreover, the expenses on operational costs and maintenance are reduced drastically.

At Design Avenues, we make extensive use of solar panels; terrace gardens are a must in all our projects along with rainwater management. We are always on the lookout for new architectural innovations that are more energy efficient, and which improve indoor air quality. We are also replacing natural materials like wood in the interiors with recycled products.
