Nestled in expansive lush enclaves, this 7,000-sq ft house is a rebellion against the concrete demands of a bustling Urbania; it is organised into independent wings with cascading roofs that emerge out of rich greenscapes. Awash with natural light throughout, it balances modernity with traditionality.

Leveraging the expansive square footage, the architects created an L-shaped layout that ensures that the outdoors is visible from every section of the house in a corner rectangular plot with two tall trees. The three-level house has grand living and dining spaces, carefully designed bedrooms, a spa and gymnasium, library and entertainment areas - spaces that connect the indoors with the green exteriors.

The house has been designed around the theme of contemporary minimalism that laid the way for avoiding false ceilings. Large windows and doors fill the indoors with natural light along with hanging patterns and pendant lighting. The porch at the entrance is designed as a terrace garden against an abundant backdrop of a Neem tree.
