Gaurs Group Launches 1,088-Unit Luxury Housing Project on Yamuna Expressway

Gaurs Group has announced the launch of Gaur Alaris, a luxury residential project in Sector 22D on the Yamuna Expressway. The development is expected to generate estimated sales revenue of Rs 1,900 crore, further strengthening the company's presence in one of the National Capital Region's fastest-growing residential corridors. Located near the Noida International Airport (Jewar Airport), the 11.8-acre project will comprise 1,088 apartments, with prices starting at Rs 1.32 crore.

The launch comes at a time when residential activity along the Yamuna Expressway continues to gather momentum, driven by ongoing infrastructure development and improved regional connectivity. While Gaurs Group has maintained a longstanding presence in the corridor, the upcoming Noida International Airport is expected to further enhance the area's residential and investment appeal. The project will also feature what the company says will be the region's largest clubhouse, spanning over 1 lakh sq. ft., along with nearly eight acres of landscaped open green spaces.
